Lovett, Jennifer
Jennifer is the Director of the Electrify California MBDA Capitol Readiness Program (MBDA CRP) at the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce. Her role includes overseeing the strategic direction and management of this fully integrated finance and technical assistance program.
Electrify California provides both early-stage incubator services and emerging company accelerator services to socially and economically disadvantaged individual (SEDI) entrepreneurs, assisting them with credit and capital access combined with hands-on business support to enter and expand in low-carbon economy growth industries.
Prior to this, Jennifer served as the Director of Public Policy for California Forward (CA FWD), a statewide nonprofit committed to sustainable and inclusive growth, where she led the development and implementation of the organization’s policy agenda and associated advocacy and research activities.
Other previous roles included positions at the Milken Institute and strategic advisory firm Star Insights, both based in Los Angeles.
Jennifer holds a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from Louisiana State University, in addition to earning a certificate in financing and deploying clean energy from the Yale School for Business and the Environment.
