Small Construction Business Development Program

The Small Construction Business Development Program supports California-based small construction business that are new to or just starting on government contracting. This is a live, virtual three-week program where participants can learn with a cohort of small businesses how to be bond-ready and contract-ready for transportation-related contracts.  Participants who complete the program will receive a U.S. Department of Transportation Certificate of Completion. This program comes at NO COST to eligible participants. Apply by November 14!
