Since 2010, we’ve built the largest statewide ethnic chamber to support small businesses like yours because we believe in an economy that is representative of all Californians.
In 2019, Joseph Kwong founded EVEN Recharge with the mission to make EV charging simpler and prove its potential as a profitable venture. His vision centered on making EV charging more accessible and easier to deploy. Thanks to resources and support from the CalAsian Chamber, Joseph successfully secured $500,000 in capital, enabling EVEN Recharge to install a mobile EV charging hub in Del Paso Heights, Sacramento—an impactful step toward advancing the city’s clean energy goals.
