Saori Choulos is an executive coach and strategic facilitator, focused on helping senior leaders and teams work effectively across the dynamics of diverse talent and cultures that strengthens organizations and the communities they serve.

With over 25 years of leadership and management experience, Saori brings knowledge and expertise in the areas of leadership development, talent development, relationship management, succession planning, and strategic alignment. Her work, Hana Enso, is inspired by nature through the practices of Okinawan and Japanese cultures, to gain the calm, clarity and courage to contribute in ways that are truly purposeful in life and career.

Services include 1:1 private coaching for senior leaders, team development workshops, strategic planning, and cultural retreats.
