As a Procurement Counselor, I provide direct support to small businesses seeking to enter and succeed in the government marketplace. My services include personalized guidance on navigating federal, state, and local contracting processes; assistance with registrations and certifications (e.g., SAM, SB/DVBE, 8(a), WOSB); strategic proposal development; market research and bid matching; and education on compliance and procurement readiness. I work closely with clients to build their capacity, improve competitiveness, and connect them with contract opportunities.
