She holds senior level certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (SPHR).

• Write needed documents, such as an employee handbook or OSHA required IIPP and WVPP
• Assist in executing the interactive process for complicated issues such as ADA accommodations, a variety of Medical Leaves, or disciplinary actions.

Sue also teaches a popular HR bootcamp class covering HR basics from the pre-hire process all the way through termination and recordkeeping. Classes are held in person and over zoom, and include a binder packed full of master forms and valuable explanations of the many HR laws.
